Team Fever was built by a group of friends from the same neighborhood with one mission: to bring people together and give back to the place that raised us. Every dollar helps us host free community events, support local families, uplift youth programs, mentorship programs and create safe spaces for people to celebrate, learn, and grow.
Annual thanksgiving giveback
Our Annual Thanksgiving Giveback brings communities together to provide food boxes, hot meals, and essential supplies through partnerships with shelters, churches, and a local community center. This initiative supported more than 500 individuals while strengthening meaningful connections with local organizations. Designed to be repeatable and scalable, the program continues to expand its reach to create lasting impact year after year.

Thanksgiving giveback transforms 500 lives

Bailey's Shelter & Supportive Housing Initiative
Team Fever expanded its outreach beyond Alexandria and Falls Church, Virginia, to support individuals and families in need of clothing and essential goods. Through its annual community giveback initiatives, Team Fever has built strong, lasting partnerships with multiple shelters and supportive housing facilities, further strengthening its commitment to community impact.
Team Fever's Children's Hospital Visit
Team Fever received a special invitation to meet with the Director of Children’s National Hospital. As a result of this connection, Team Fever organized and hosted a toy drive in support of Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. Despite the challenges presented by the rise of COVID-19, Team Fever was granted the opportunity to visit the hospital and engage with a number of children receiving care at the facility.
Breast cancer awareness walk unites community
Hundreds marched together at Howard Hospital to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research. Our team led with heart and hope.
Women empowerment summit breaks barriers
We created a powerful platform for women to share stories, build networks, and inspire collective growth. Speakers from diverse backgrounds shared transformative insights.
Youth leadership development program launches
Team Fever partnered with the Washington Wizards at Malcolm X Elementary, engaging students through basketball and fitness while promoting teamwork, resilience, and youth empowerment.
Community technology access initiative
Bridging the digital divide by providing free computer training and internet access to seniors and students in local communities.
