Whether it's in business, nursing, HR, or real estate, our goal is to give women real tools, knowledge, and connections they can use to grow. We’re creating a space where women can see what’s possible, learn from those who’ve done it, and know that success is within reach. Most importantly, we want them to leave believing in their own potential—because their goals are valid, and their dreams are doable.

Fever Class
Team Fever, established by a group of young African American men. have been teaming up to bring events to the DMV since 2017. Driven with ambition and love for their hometown. they noticed a lack of unity and camaraderie within the creative community around them and decided to do something about it. Reaching out to fellow DMV creatives for a creative vision, they landed on the name and branding "Fever Class". A Fashion show aimed to present up and coming brands in the DMV while also giving creatives space to work and build credibility in their respective fields.
What do participants learn or experience?
Participants experience a unique blend of creativity, culture, and community impact. They learn about emerging fashion trends and design, gain exposure to diverse styles and voices, and connect with like-minded individuals passionate about making a difference. Beyond the runway, they engage in a meaningful cause, discovering how fashion can be a powerful tool for social change and community support.

Our target audience includes fashion-forward individuals, creatives, and young professionals from across the region who are passionate about style and social impact. We aim to attract those who appreciate emerging talent, support community initiatives, and seek meaningful event experiences.
